Issues with submitting a receipt

Hello! Im having some issues with Swagbucks. I'm trying to submit a receipt, but it keeps saying that the receipt cannot be read. The pictures are crystal clear and I have everything it the pictures like the barcode, items, date, etc.. Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? I even tried resubmitting. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
