Is pureprofile safe?

Today I signed up for Pureprofile, and after I earnt a little bit of money I decided to look at the awards. When I pressed on the awards button, it told me to verify my phone number which I did, and then it said to wait for 48 hours before doing any redemptions. I thought this was a little bit suspicious, because why would they have to wait 48 hours? Luckily none of my social media accounts are linked to my phone number so if they are hackers they can't hack my social media.
