Any online jobs that require no experience and no us residence?

I've been living in Turkey for a while, trying to get my residence permit but I really need an income (around 300 -1000usd).

I have work experience but none of the jobs online would accept it, I tried applying for English tutoring jobs too but didn't get accepted.

is there any website that would hire you for doing "boring" jobs but has a reliable consistent income

also no jobs that require us residence.
