I Need Suggestions for Flexible (Preferrably Non-Call Center) Work

Hi All! I'm in a bit of a unique situation and I'm hoping some of you may be able to help. I have been working in the healthcare industry since 2007 as a Masters level Social Worker (I don't have my Clinical License, unfortunately) and as a Certified Health Coach since 2020. I've also had experience working as an Online Instructor, I can write some, and I have some basic graphic design skills using Canva.

Until July, I was working as a Health Coach, but I had to take a medical leave because of some compounded conditions I've had since birth. As an Independent Contractor, any time I'm not working I'm not getting paid for. The company has told me I can come back with the next training class in October. I love the work itself, but even though it's remote, it's structured like a call center, which doesn't work well when it comes to managing my health conditions.

Does anyone have any suggestions for companies that are hiring that could possibly fit within my skill set? I don't completely rule out call center options, if they have flexible break times and they'll let me make up any time I need to take for medical appointments. Thanks in advance!
