Help ! Looking for online job. Toxic work is actually killing me

I'm a teacher and I've had enough. Its time to look for alternative work. So many people have come in sick but work refuses to close due to short staff and when I had a fever of 104F while on the same day my apartment caught fire they said "can you still come in" Managament sucks and I need out. I'm an expert in English, due to expenses I would prefer a job that pays 20$ an hour or make 150$ a day. If there's anything like this please reach out to me. I am a certified teacher.
