How do I reactivate my YouGov account?

For context I stopped receiving emails about two weeks ago, probably due to a dip in activity from my end. I tried logging in but received no code upon attempt. I tried contacting their site but still no fix or response. Other web browsers give me the same issue? Has anyone found successful ways to solve this?
