Are there any Chat/email only customer service jobs? Or jobs that are non phone?

I am 25 and looking for non phone related online jobs or chat/email customer service remote jobs. I had worked in retail as a sales associate for 3 years and i am tired dealing with customers face-to-face it can be very draining and frustrating at times. Some customers are just not worth being around with. I had been applying to data entry and chat/email support jobs since last week and still haven't gotten an interview or even a job. I also have bad social anxiety and during the time i was working in retail i was anxious all the time idk how i lasted 3 years at the last store i worked at. I have been looking interested in transcription jobs but i am not good at punctuation so idk if i need good writing skills to be able to be a transcriptionist. I am not good at art so i didn't think graphic designing is a good fit for me. All i know is customer service because that's the only work experience i have. I have tried applying to Lionbridge and Appen i never passed the exam from Lionbridge and i am still waiting to get a get gig from Appen they haven't replied in over a month. So i need help to find remote jobs that would suit me. Also, do you guys recommend Fiverr and Upwork to find remote jobs for starters? Let me know. I will be happy to see your replies.
