Account Banned

My entire account got banned for 1 bad survey just now without any warnings. And i rarely ever do surveys only when it is double sb because of the tier bonus because it's just not worth my time. Hopefully I get a quick response because I can't even create a ticket with a full account ban... had like $90 saved up with another $30 ticket pending and was just waiting for the giftcard sales... I feel so sick to my stomach right now and an idiot for saving up that big of an amount after looking up swagbucks survey ban on google and seeing a big list of it appearing...
