Has anyone made a shipping container home?

I've been thinking about buying a piece of land nearby but out in the woods and dropping a couple of shipping containers out there to build into a house. Shipping containers are relatively cheap. I'd do all or most of the labor myself. It really seems like the most Frugal housing option. Has anyone else done one?
