Quick question for those on Timebucks

Haven't seen this answered anywhere in their FAQ or Reddit discussions.

Thinking of signing up with them seeing that they have the highest payout ratio for Hideout points (almost 4x more than SB!) but I have no interest in gift cards, I am only interested in cash:

and they don't do Paypal. How does "bank transfer" work as a payment option with them? Are they doing Interac transfer on their pay day Thursdays, meaning you only need to provide them with your email address, or do they ask for your bank account number?
