Possible to Join UHRS via different companies?

So I'm currently completing tasks on UHRS via Teemwork.ai. However the remaining apps are crappy, with low HITs. I am thinking of joining Clickworker to also gain access to UHRS, and hopefully some different apps and tasks.

Is this allowed? I'm relatively new to this field,
