"New" survey question?

It started yesterday, but every survey I click on in both Swagbucks and MyPoints starts out with the same question. There is no honest answer for me, and with the way people are getting banned from surveys and the site itself, I close them. Is this a trick question so we get banned? And, has anyone checked one, and was able to continue with an actual survey?
