Need career advice. Really badly.

Hey! I'm 23M. Finished college in 2020 Dec, delayed due to covid. I've no idea what to do next. Had a really hard time in college, not really great marks. My bachelor's was in mechanical engineering from a really good college, but sucked at that, somehow managed to finish it. Now, I'm planning to do masters in management from UK coming September. Any advice or talk for me? Anything would help really. Thank you for your advice and time!!
