moving from europe to the usa

Hey guys, i’m 16 years old and i want to move to the usa after i finish high-school. I have 10k dollars in my savings and i wouldn’t necessarily want to go to college, because I can’t really afford it at all. The problem is that I cant go there instantly without a visa, and I dont want to wait 2 years for that. That’s why I want to go to college there. Would I be eligible to apply for student loans if I dont have a good financial state? what should i do? my mother completely supports me and i dont want to hear that im being irresponsible with my money cause this is my dream and im working a lot for this.
