"Laptop guy" only crediting 1 SB per watch instead of 2 SB now?

Is it like this for anyone else? I know many of the watch videos were decreased from 2 SB to 1 SB but LTG counts as a discover offer and not a watch one (at least on the To-Do List) so there is a bit of a difference between them.

I'm wondering if Laptop guy is actually on one of the discover platforms, as the double SB could be explained by that discover platform having a double SB week or something.
