How likely am I to get banned for sending a support ticket?

I am a bit scared after hearing the stories. I sent in a ticket because I was not getting any swagbucks awarded to me for blackout bingo. This is my first ticket I sent in. Just curious, how likely am I to get banned for sending a support ticket. I sent it yesterday and I am still fine.
