Ebay shipping address is a freight and cargo warehouse. Should I ship?

Hi, I sold a used expensive gaming laptop today at ebay. The shipping address looked odd. So I checked on Google Maps. It's a warehouse in Miami, FL. After a bit of Googling, I find out that it's a freight and cargo company. Now the money is already in my paypal account(on hold though), the buyer's address matches in ebay and paypal, and so far no message about a change of shipping address. But my gut feeling is telling me not to ship and refund the money.

I have checked in ebay community forums and there are mixed messages about freight and cargo companies there. What do you guys suggest? Although I know about basic scams, I do not have much experience in this field.
