Looking for a work from home free lance job which I can do from anywhere in the world ( so one that doesn’t require a working permit in the states , for an example )

So I’m an Egyptian civil engineer with a professional specialized medical interpreter degree of 2000+ hours of over the phone live interpretation I can do transcriptioning / captioning / interpreting / translating ( between English and Arabic ) Or anything ELSE that does NOT require experience in its field ( so an entry level or something with a training ) I also did customer service for a couple of years so I have that experience of sorts !

( it’s a long shot but everything I’m coming across is something I end up finding out that it’s to work WITHIN the us / Canada etc , rather than an actual free lance work you can do anywhere ! )
