How do you even get a search engine evaluator job?!

I’ve applied to Lionbridge four times. All of those applications were “unsuccessful”. Got an automated email saying that. I completed my applications carefully. How many times do I have to apply to at least get a darn test?

With Appen, I applied twice. No response at all. My first application was months ago.

Is there a secret to getting contacted by these people? I’m a native English speaker, I have a Bachelor’s, I’m tech-savvy, and I completed my applications carefully. I don’t know what’s wrong?
