Amazon Video Game Purchases - Ebates/TopCashBack

So I order a fairly regular amount of video games through Amazon but it's hard to tell whether ebates or topcash would offer any cash back on these since the two categories I would expect them to fall under specifically exclude video games. Is there a minimum cash back for any purchase or is it useless to sign up for this if all I'd be getting would be video games?
