Usertesting low rating due to company not liking what you say..

Has anyone ever had this happen?

I had a live test and it took 1 hour, where a company had me look at 3 different prototypes of a possible app.

I expanded on each tiny detail as much as I could, (I've taken so many tests on this site, and usually always get high ratings).

So I log in to find out the company gave me 3/5 because "it was hard to get me to talk about my thoughts reactions to what I was seeing, instead I just talked about consumers in general."

Uhhh??? NO! Lol, I feel like the company was mad I said almost all of the prototypes were just mediocre, BUT simple to use. (Which is a good thing).

Has anyone else had a low rating they feel wasn't deserved? Did this hurt your future tests?
