No Fridge and microwave for 1 week

I'm waiting for my new apartment to be ready and my roommate is taking his fridge and microwave back home with him when he moves out.

I still have a stove top/oven, pots/pans, small rice cooker with steamer basket, and a electric pressure cooker. What can I make/store? I don't mind cooking everyday, but how am I going to store meat? I eat a lot of meat and giving that up for 1 week is not an option. I was thinking of some kind of meat based stew, but I don't know how I'm going to keep it going for 1 week. Also, how am I going to reheat my meals?
