Is anyone having trouble with the coupon offers on offertoro and rev u?

i went to the 10 sb one on offertoro today and gor a 404 (sorry but we couldn't find this page) message. and the on on rev u has disappeared (it was worth 11 doubled)? i did both of them last night for the first time ever. i have used the offertoro one a bout a dozen times over the past six weeks. did i do something wrong? is anyone else having trouble? is there a way i can fix it? thanks,
