KellyConnect “conditionally” hired?

Hey! So I applied for Kelly Connect and had my video interview, she told me pay, had me pick a schedule and told me training dates and all and told me congratulations! I did the electronic paperwork, did The I9 with a witness online, and since, I’ve not heard anything! I know training orientation is in 3 weeks, but I still need to get a phone line installed, and they’d have to send the equipment and stuff like that.

Anyway, I know when they sent the email telling me about the I9 they said congratulations on being “conditionally” required. I haven’t heard anything since I submitted the I9.

I guess my question at this point is, does this mean I’m hired? I realize I need to wait to get further instructions on starting and training all that, presumably. But at this point, is there a chance I’ll still be rejected? Or is this in the bag?
