I think I screwed up on iGC: LiveSample

I was on instaGC and about to do a LiveSample survey. I was doing that filter question they ask before the actual survey, it was "How did you meet your best friend" and I put answered idr because I don't remember. I got the message,

Sorry we are unable to offer you any surveys today.

Some of your recent responses indicate that you may not have been paying attention or may have been rushing through the questions. It is very import that you read and understand each question carefully, before selecting an answer.

LiveSample makes up a large majority of my income and I'm really mad at myself for being such an idiot. How many strikes do I have before they permanently ban me? Will this mistake be logged? Will it affect how many surveys I get in the future?
