International Online Work for a minor?

Hello!

I'm a 15 year old Filipino who can speak both his mother tongue and English (fluent or not, I'm not sure), and I have a crappy computer and has some free time (can maybe fit an hour a day).

I want to upgrade my computer, but sadly my parents don't have extra money for it and my allowance isn't that big ($6 a week). I use the computer regularly, and my broken laptop is about to be fixed soon, so I think I could find myself an online job.

I'm considering transcription (with my parent's permission), but I'm trying to find other jobs in case that doesn't work out. I'd appreciate it if someone gives me suggestions.

I have no experience, I know how to use a computer, I can speak English and Filipino, and I don't want any jobs that require calls (video or audio). My schedule is also irregular, so I would like a job that I can work in anytime I want.
