Frugal meals for picky eaters

No comments :

I'm a very picky eater and have been since childhood. And now more than ever as I become an adult this is starting to be more problematic.

Every day for lunch I have a sandwich with bacon and lettuce. It's not very filling and it gets boring, but for now it works for me. But what has really been troubling me lately is dinners. I've eaten either frozen pizza or frozen chicken tenders with mozzarella sticks (and occasionally burgers) for dinner almost daily for months now, and theres a point after eating the same food every day for a long time where suddenly you're sick of it and want nothing to do with it for a while. I'm starting to reach that point with both the pizzas and the chicken. But unfortunately for me, most cheap, easy to prepare meals that people buy repulse me. I can't stand pasta, noodles, frozen veggies, soup, potatoes, rice, beans, most deli meats, most cheese, and a whole lot more.

Anyone have good meal suggestions that disclude those things, preferably affordable and easy to make ones?

Secondly, does anyone else have this problem, and how do you make it work?
