How can I get approved for mturk?

I applied many months ago and my invitation was declined. They stated in an email that it wouldn't be disclosed why. I can't re-apply or work for them so I'm kinda at a loss. I thought it would be a neat opportunity but idk what I should do other than give up. Any advice?
