Best data plan for phone farming in PA USA ?

Basically as I said, I'm considering trying out a phone farm because it could potentially add a few dollars of income a day onto my earnings with mechanical turk for little investment considering I'll be home working on that to monitor the phones easily. But I can't use my family's WiFi (it's slow dsl WiFi with5 people sharing it so yea) I'm considering buying a plan from a carrier . Ideally something that would have near unlimited hotspot usage with enough speed to supply the other phones video apps. Is it viable for the price of data ?
