Is anyone familiar with Appen?

Hi, i just sent an email to Appen, and they requested a CV, so they can sort me to a better job. Since i'm from Portugal, and my only skills are language skills (native portuguese / proficient english speaker), i don't know exactly how to create my CV. I'm a Registered Nurse, also i don't know if i should say that on my CV. If anyone has a example CV, or any tip, i would really appreciate it.

Also, if someone knows any job i can apply online, that give some extra cash (+10$), i don't mind if it's hard, i would love suggestions.
