Blank Support Ticket Response

No comments :

Has anyone had an issue with getting responses from the support center that are completely blank? I get a blank email then a day later an automated email comes in saying they sent me a response, if I do not respond they will close the ticket in 24hrs. If my issue is not resolved then I should reply to the email.

I've done this 5 times already...I am not sure what is going on...
