Best $10 Android phone for SBTV and other apps?

Hey guys, sorry if there's already a post about this. I need to know what is the best android phone for using all of the video apps that costs $15 or less. I plan on buying from c7recycle but if you know of a better place please tell. I just want one that doesn't crash much if at all and will last me a long time. I'm not making a farm, just buying one.
