Whats the word on EH right now? (Cap)

I did a lot of reading before I set up shop, and everything that I read was 100HD per hour per account per IP, no device cap. So I got set up and rolling, and was $20 in when I stumbled upon a thread from more than a year ago saying it wasn't just about the HD/hr limit, and the official word was 1 video and 1 window with 2048 per device. I was running a few more windows than that on each device. So now I'm a bit worried about redeeming. Is this still the case? Is my account gone, or is there a chance I might be ok?
