Credit Card Rewards - Are any card bonuses really worthwhile?

I've been using a non-rewards card for years to pay for everything, and then just paying the entire balance off at the end of the month. I feel like I'm missing out on rewards, point, airline miles,etc...

Are there any truly good rewards cards that I should look at, that might actually benefit me?
