Usertesting Issues

I honestly have no clue where to post this so is probably the best option, I contacted support on this too.

Recently ive completely a 1 hour long Usertest on usertesting.com

After finishing the recording, and the upload I noticed I have recieved 0 pending balance, and the test didn't appear on the completed test.

Does anyone have the same issue? Thanks
