Inbox offers expired Swagbucks News/Tips

I have a habit of keeping most inbox offers, with the exception of like Watch & Earn, for a slow day. Not wise I know, but a few emergency points can come in handy. Now sometimes, when I go to use them they are tapped out (not unusual considering some offers would only pay out so much before the quota is met. but they never show as expired, in my experience).

This morning though, I found almost all of my offers expired. I am pretty sure most of them had four to six days remaining. Luckily, it was mostly app-a-day type offers, so I'm not bemoaning their loss, but is this more evidence of Swagbucks tightening their belt? If anyone here keeps offers in reserve, did you experience anything similar?
