Did you guys reject Indeed's Job Spotter app?
A couple months ago, I downloaded Indeed's Job Spotter app and for a while it was paying 50 cents per Help Wanted sign I submitted. So I would spend an hour or two a week taking a walk and submitting signs. It wasn't a lot of money but it was something.
Then they use that data to populate their for-profit job search site. Fine. It's a partnership then. Cool.
But then recently they started paying out based on how "rare" signs are. Now most of the signs I submit are only worth like 10 cents. So it's not worth the trouble anymore.
I searched Reddit to see what you guys thought about this change. And found that the most recent Reddit search results for Job Spotter was almost a year ago. Did you guys bail on the app when it was still paying 50 cents for a photo?
