Help Getting Verified Swagbucks News/Tips

Hi everyone, i'm pretty new here so please bare with me. I just registered for a swagbucks account and I'm having some trouble getting verified. I've gotten an email to verify my account, which directed me to set up my secret question when I clicked the link. I set up my secret question and submitted, so I thought I was all clear to be verified. However, the process hasn't stuck and swagbucks constantly prompts me to "verify my account". Could someone please help me set this up?

P.S. I've tried to contact swagbucks support...twice. So if possible, other options would be much appreciated.
