Crowdtap account disabled

I started using crowdtap very recently like just a few days ago and I tried logging in today but was hit with an error message saying my account was disabled. I read over the community guidelines and I dont think I broke any??? Im not out of the country so im not using a vpn. The site was being buggy for me before this so im thinking this is another bug?? Has anyone else had this happen? I sent in a help ticket and im waiting to hear back but Im so sad abt this I was so close to getting my reward😭
