Having to submit excessive amounts of requests/complaints? Swagbucks News/Tips

I find myself having to submit a request or two every time I log on. Almost all my discovery offers never credits and I just completed a Gold survey that didn't credit me (although this is first for me). Is it possible for SB to eventually ban you for excessive amounts of requests?
