Working from outside of US

I've been looking to being able to do something online, and make money.

I've been browsing this sub and the thing is that 90% of sites require me to be from the US, I tried applying to mTurk and I got rejected. I also tried applying to REV, but I also got rejected there.

Today I wanted to apply to leapforce, but there isn't my country on the list!

Could someone help me out ? I'm not looking for high $ per hour, I'll be completely satisfied with like 3$ per hour.

P.S. I'm from Croatia.
