Hiring Breaking News Reporters for Twitter

Hey folks, I am a Twitter journalist working with a breaking news Twitter feed (north of 100k followers, under 1 million). We have a news website with around 1 million monthly site visits. I am working on hiring a new partner for mornings ET. I would need someone who can tweet breaking news fast and upload youtube videos and short articles to our site. You'd get paid like the two of us also on the team are, through a percentage of the money we make through ads on the site. This will likely be in the hundreds every month based on previous months.
