Amazon Reviews for $$$!

Just wrote a Kindle book on Health and Nutrition. Looking for good Reviewers, $2 per review + free book. Can do multiple reviews if you have multiple accounts for example G/F, Wife, Brother, Father, friends or if for some reason you have several accounts on multiple names please only established Amazon account must be a few months old at least no new accounts.
