Verification email not showing up
Hi everyone, I recently hit 2,200 points after spending hours filling out surveys. When I went to redeem my points for a $25 Amazon gift card I got a message saying I needed to verify my email, which I’m pretty sure I had already done when I first set up my account. I clicked the link to send the verification email but I never received it in my email. When I set up my account I set it up with my Apple ID and I didn’t realize until now that it had selected the hide my email option so the email on my Swagbucks account is a relay email and I can’t even change the email. I don’t think there is an issue with the relay email though as I am still receiving multiple promotional emails from Swagbucks everyday, just not the verification email. I have tried contacting customer service but haven’t heard anything back yet. I can’t create a support ticket cause it also wants me to verify my email for that so I had to google the customer support email and send them an email that way. Has anyone here ever experienced this?
