Solitaire Smash $20 Bonus Reward

There are two bonus rewards in Solitaire Smash that require deposits of $10 and $20. Does anyone know if these need to be separate deposits? I deposited $20 and got the first $10 bonus but have not received the second even though I won the required cash games.
