Installed Goblin woods 24 hours ago, showing not installed on Swagbucks, is that normal?

I'm new to swag bucks, 1st time playing a game through it. Yesterday i started Goblin woods. I clicked link on swag bucks website, I sent link to my phone via text, opened the link and installed it through there.

On my swag bucks account it shows no progress, not even game installed.

Swag bucks page says some games may have a delay, is this normal and it will show up later on or i am just wasting my time?

Just reached lvl 11 but when i click link that was sent to my phone it says not installed
