How do I submit a second ticket for the same game?
I had a goal that stopped tracking and I submitted a ticket for it and they resolved it but because it was specifically for that one goal, the other ones down the line won't be credited despite the fact I completed them. I did send replies under that email about the other ones that didn't track but they mainly resolved the one goal that I submitted the ticket for and now I'm trying to submit another ticket but it's saying that I already have an ongoing ticket, so I decided to reply to that email with the second goal that wasn't tracking. I was especially worried for this goal because there was a time limit as to when you should complete it and I was worried if I won't be credited for it when I submit a ticket about it since by the time they respond, the goal has expired and stuff. So now I'm just not sure if it's possible to submit a second ticket or should I just continue replying to the same ticket that was for a different goal and try to ask them to resolve it for a different goal?
