Mastercard prepaid card to buy Walmart gift card not working all of a sudden?

I’ve had issues getting it working before, not sure why it’s so finicky. Maybe they changed something? Maybe didn’t have the address right when setting up the card but maybe they removed it from being used as a payment method for gift cards I’m not sure is anyone else having the same issue? To specify, the e gift cards. You buy them on one email and then send to the other.
