MyPrepaidCenter is terrible and is down all the time or your card doesn't load. I transferred money to it and lost my money on my PayPal account and also got charged on the card losing almost $50. They keep insisting I bought something or transferred to PayPal

I thought the card was reloadable was trying to buy something with PayPal balance and the card but it wouldn't let me split the payment so I transferred the money to the card. Instead of declining to go through or something it instead was sent through my PayPal and the receiving end it was charged as a transaction purchase. Disputed with PayPal only option they even gave me after several calls was an authorized transaction dispute which didn't match so it was denied. The prepaid card site keeps insisting I bought something through PayPal or transferred the money TO PayPal and not from and is giving me a 90 day window for something I basically needed in the next week. Got it from doing surveys on a very fixed income and wish now I just bought a junky one for under $50 now. I'm out $25+$24.56 PayPal closed but I called them multiple times several people insisting the money was sent and no way to dispute it normally except unauthorized which I tried and it got denied. The person said they would open it as that reason and I'd be able to provide my documentation to show even though it didn't match that and I didn't lead her that way. GG and the company who I think at fault because their site is down all the time MyPrepaidCenter.com is convinced I bought something or transferred money to my PayPal even with emails showing otherwise and then keeps pretending I never replied to the dispute ticket even though I did 4 times. Rip me now I can't afford what I needed this week for possibly months if I even win the dispute. Every agent completely misunderstands the situation so hard even the specialists I'm worried they are adding misleading or incorrect details and it will just get denied.
