Can you easily turn a bar of castille soap into a moisturizing bar, shampoo bar, and or an acne face wash?

I find castille soap very drying. I'm not a huge fan of bar soap, but I just found a bar of soap that I forgot about. I don't want to buy a ton of ingredients to do DIY and thought if it was possible I could just melt a bar of soap and add some ingredients that work for my issues: dry skin, oily hair, and acne.
